The first single-row potato harvester was made in Turkey as a consequence of studies conducted between 1950 and 1968. The product, which received Ege University’s approval in 1969, garnered a lot of interest on the domestic market and is still in use in factories with a combined floor area of 4000 m2, including 3000 m2 of open space.
